The Yany BooStar is a heavy mass neck screw, with two optional weight attachments to fine-tune your tone. 

The idea is that this gadget is designed to compensate for the resonance lost at the joint between the neck and the body. Once attached, the extra weight of the screw helps to increase the body and projection of your sax, giving you a slightly fatter and fuller sound.
